In these times, to be a little “overweight”, is not considered a real problem and people treats the beauty flaw doesn't resolving its causes.

 
We can't
create energy from ourself ,  so we should take it through food. Part of this energy is used for the life of cells (basal metabolism), other part to work  (energy expenditure), and the rest is used to transform food in energy (digestion or thermo genesis).

If  the food  is less than the sum of this three components we can lose weight, when is more, we increase  our weight.


In our western civilization,  lifestyles has lead two major effects: the abundance of food and the reduction of  movement.

For everybody is very difficult to consume "fat, so we to keep  weight easily, sometimes with serious health consequences.

To have a "weight-loss results" we must act on the beginning of the problem.
